Asylum Seeker Health Services Project
The Office of Binational Border Health in partnership with One Digital World has created the Asylum Seekers Health Services Project. Through focus groups and long-form interviews, we are actively contributing to research on the many challenges Asylum Seekers face to access adequate health services. Health care services are now being offered at Family Health Centers of San Diego.
The ASHS Project can help Asylum Seekers:
Get enrolled in Medical Insurance
Receive health screenings and treatment
Get connected to a primary care provider
